The Housing Authority assists residents of the six Island towns through rentals, rental assistance, and ownership opportunities, as well as town and Island-wide planning and assistance.

The Community Builders (TCB)
TCB manages the Morgan Woods Apartments in Edgartown, a mixed income rental property developed by the Town of Edgartown to address the needs of low and moderate income households including offering a number of federally subsidized units. Additionally, TCB manages the Perlman House and Kuehn’s Way Apartments in Vineyard Haven for the Island Housing Trust, developer and owner of the two projects.
