Dukes County Regional Housing Authority

The Community Builders (TCB)
TCB manages the Morgan Woods Apartments in Edgartown, a mixed income rental property developed by the Town of Edgartown to address the needs of low and moderate income, including a number of federally subsidized units.

Aquinnah Wampanoag Tribal Housing Authority
Provides federally subsidized rental housing to tribal members and is developing Elderly Housing and Mutual Help ownership opportunities.

Non-profit community land trust developer serving income-eligible Island residents through the development of ownership and rental housing and the stewardship of affordable housing restrictions through long-term ground leases.

Habitat utilizes volunteer labor and donation of materials and money to build and rehabilitate simple, decent and affordable owner occupied housing.

Island Elderly Housing (IEH)
Provides federally subsidized rental housing to income-qualified seniors and individuals with disabilities at Aidylberg, Hillside, Woodside and Love House apartments.

Navigator Homes of Martha Vineyard The Navigator project will provide 70 skilled nursing beds in five buildings and the workforce housing project will provide a mix of 48 units of workforce housing in two apartment buildings, one town house, and four duplexes at 490 Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Road.
