TCB manages the Morgan Woods Apartments in Edgartown, a mixed income rental property that includes a number of federally subsidized units, developed by the Town of Edgartown to address the needs of households with low and moderate incomes. TCB also manages The Island Housing Trust developed Kuehn’s Way and Perlman House apartments in Vineyard Haven.
