The Housing Authority manages 102 year-round rental apartments on properties across the Island’s six towns which serve over 200 island residents earning a range of household incomes from $40,000 to $160,000 depending on household size and property permitting.

Six one-bedroom apartments for residents who are 55 years or older in a building serviced by an elevator and ramped access. Household income maximum is 60% of area median income for four of the units and 50% for two.

Two buildings with two studios and seven one-bedroom apartments including an AAB accessible unit. Household income maximum is 80% of the area median income.

45 Franklin Street, Tisbury

Halcyon Way Apartments, West Tisbury
Developed by the Island Housing Trust and Good House on a Town parcel, Halcyon Way has two two-bedroom units with household income maximums at 80% of area median income.

Middle Line Road Apartments, Chilmark
Developed by the Town, Middle Line consists of three buildings with two one-bedroom, two two-bedroom and two three-bedroom apartments with three apartments physically accessible under Universal Design precepts. Household income maximums from 80% through 150% of area median income.

Water Street Apartments, Tisbury
Developed by the Island Housing Trust, Water St. has six one-bedroom apartments with access to three units compliant with Universal Design precepts. Household income maximums are 50% and 60% of area median income.
